According to the frequency of equipment usage, we divide equipment maintenance into daily maintenance, first level maintenance, and second level maintenance. Overall, it is a mandatory maintenance system that focuses on the operator and emphasizes both warranty and repair for the equipment. The maintenance system is an effective way to rely on the masses, fully tap into their enthusiasm, implement group management and repair, combine specialized and group work, and do a good job in equipment maintenance.
（1） Daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment
The daily maintenance of equipment generally includes daily maintenance and weekly maintenance, also known as daily maintenance and weekly maintenance.
1. Daily routine maintenance: The daily routine maintenance is carried out by the equipment operator on duty, who conscientiously completes the first four tasks, five precautions during the shift, and four tasks after the shift.
(1) The first four tasks of the shift are to digest the graphic materials and check the handover records. Wipe the equipment and lubricate and add oil according to regulations. Check if the handle position and manual operating parts are correct and flexible, and if the safety device is reliable. Check if the transmission is normal and if lubrication and cooling are smooth during low-speed operation.
(2) Pay attention to the sound of operation, temperature, pressure, liquid level, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of the equipment, instrument signals, and whether the safety insurance is normal.
(3) After work, turn off the switch for the four tasks and place all handles in the zero position. Remove iron filings and dirt, wipe off oil stains on the guide and sliding surfaces of the equipment, and add oil. Clean the work site, organize attachments and tools. Fill in the handover record and operation table time record, and handle the handover procedures.
2. Weekly maintenance: Weekly maintenance is carried out by equipment operators every weekend, with a maintenance time of 2 hours for general equipment and 4 hours for precision, large, and rare equipment.
(1) Visually clean the equipment guide rails, various transmission parts, and exposed parts, and clean the work site. Achieve internal and external cleanliness without dead corners or rust, and keep the surrounding environment clean.
(2) Manipulate the transmission to check the technical condition of each part, tighten loose parts, and adjust the fit clearance. Check the interlocking and safety devices. Achieve normal and safe transmission sound.
(3) Hydraulic lubrication cleaning of oil lines, dust-proof felt, oil filters, adding or changing oil to the oil tank. Check the hydraulic system to ensure that the oil quality is clean, the oil circuit is unobstructed, there is no leakage or damage.
(4) Wipe the surface of the motor and snake skin tube of the electrical system, check the insulation and grounding, and achieve completeness, cleanliness, and reliability.
（2） First level maintenance
First level maintenance is mainly carried out by operators with the assistance of maintenance workers. It involves dismantling and inspecting parts of the equipment according to the plan, cleaning designated areas, unclogging oil circuits and pipelines, replacing or cleaning oil lines, felt, and oil filters, adjusting the clearance between various parts of the equipment, and tightening various parts of the equipment. The time required for first level maintenance is 4-8 hours. After the first level maintenance is completed, a record should be made and any defects that have not been cleared should be noted. The workshop mechanic should organize acceptance. The scope of the first guarantee should cover all equipment in use by the enterprise, and strict implementation should be carried out for key equipment. The main purpose of warranty is to reduce equipment wear and tear, eliminate hidden dangers, extend equipment service life, and provide equipment guarantees for completing production tasks until the next warranty period.
（3） Secondary maintenance
Secondary maintenance is mainly carried out by maintenance workers, with the participation of operators. Secondary maintenance is included in the equipment maintenance plan, which involves partial disassembly inspection and repair of equipment, replacement or repair of worn parts, cleaning, oil replacement, inspection and repair of electrical parts, to ensure that the technical condition of the equipment fully meets the requirements of the prescribed equipment integrity standards. The second level maintenance takes about 7 days. After the completion of the second maintenance, the maintenance workers should fill out detailed maintenance records, which will be accepted by the workshop mechanics and operators. The acceptance form will be submitted to the equipment power department for archiving. The main purpose of the second maintenance is to ensure that the equipment meets the standard of integrity, improve and consolidate the equipment integrity rate, and extend the overhaul cycle.
The maintenance of equipment cannot be ignored at all. Achieving the three elements of preventive maintenance, post maintenance, and production maintenance will be a guarantee of production capacity and quality.
